A semi pre-digested food, only the concentrated solids (proteins) are used and the animal fat is removed by osmosis. The result is 16% dry weight protein, mainly in the form of lactoalbumin (found in mothers' milk and goats' milk), with all the essential Amino Acids.

Wonder Whey is high in potassium and magnesium. Potassium acts as an intestinal broom for mucous, thus helps to improve respiration by preventing mucous migrating to the respiratory tract.

Although this formula contains approximately one-third the calcium of milk, the supporting nutrients in this formula assist in better utilisation of calcium, particularly in bone replacement, due to the calcium content binding with orotic acid (vitamin B13) to effect a positive benefit on the bone. Mixing Instructions

To make 500ml of delicious Natural Whey Drink:
Step 1: Add 50gm (1/3 cup) of WonderFoods Natural Whey Drink to 500ml of cold water or 200gm makes 2 litres.
Step 2: Shake vigorously in a shaker until dissolved or use a whisk, beater or blender. Best to chill for a few hours for full taste.
Step 3: Enjoy your Whey Drink by adding to baked goods, cereal, sauces, soup, tea and coffee and as a substitute where a recipe calls for milk.
