Dosage

• General Adult Dosage: First week only: Take 40 drops (2mL) of Red Iron prior to breakfast everyday in water or juice (apple juice not recommended).



• Thereafter take: 40 drops (2mL) of Red Iron prior to breakfast twice a week after the initial first week (e.g. Monday & Thursday).

• Infants 0 - 6 months = 3mg or 8 drops
• Infants 6-12 months and Children 1-11 yrs = 9mg or 23 drops
• Children 12-18yrs = 13mg or 32 drops
• Women 19 to Menopause = 16.0mg or 40 drops = 24mg – 60 drops (MAX)
• Men = 10mg or 25 drops
