How long will my package take to get to me?
Organic Beauty makes every effort to deliver your order according to the estimated delivery times:

- The estimated delivery times cover working days only (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays from the date of dispatch not from the time you place your order.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 working days from when payment is received. Our aim is to provide every item requested within an order wherever possible as we cannot send more than one parcel per shipping charge.
- High demand for some requested items, changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery times. We will advise you of any known delays beyond the estimated delivery times via email.
- In some cases it may be necessary for us to refund the cost of some items that will be unavailable for some time (usually more than one month).
- All product orders are delivered to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. Multiple deliveries will incur a postage charge to each shipping address.
- Where delivery is by express post, if no-one is available to take delivery of your parcel, our carrier (Australia Post) will leave a card so you can pick-up your parcel from your local Post Office. Where delivery is by our courier service (Fastway) and no-one is available to take delivery, they will leave a card requesting you to telephone them to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
- If you have left us special instructions (in the Comments Box during Checkout) for an order to be left in a safe location at home or at work, by doing so, you take responsibility should the order go missing after it is delivered.
- We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver your parcel to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.

At Organic Beauty we know that freight costs are the main concern for online shopping customers. Thatís why, for all Australian destinations, we give you the choice of 4 flat rate shipping options:

The website automatically calculates delivery costs based on the above system and tells you the total freight charge at the checkout after you enter your delivery address, but before you enter payment information. Delivery times above, are from the time the parcel is dispatched not from the time you place your order.

International shipping costs are based on the weight of the items in your shopping cart. You can check how much shipping will cost at any time just add the products you want to purchase to your Shopping Cart, then click on "Shipping Estimator".
Please be aware, some countries such as the UK, EU and Canada (to name a few) charge Customs Fees or import duties on products ordered from overseas. These charges are the customerís responsibility and are beyond our control. Please contact the relevant government body in your country for more information on these charges.

What if my order hasnít arrived in the estimated time?
- If the delay is from our end we will be in touch.
- If you havenít heard from us and its been more than 12 working days since you placed your order, check at your local post office or mail centre first as they may be holding your parcel. Sometimes the carrier forgets to leave a card to tell you to pick the parcel up.
- If the parcel is to be delivered to work, check with your colleagues, reception and the mailroom to see if they have seen your parcel.
- Check your Order Confirmation to make sure the shipping address was correct.
- Still no luck? Email us or call us with your order number.
What is your returns policy?
- For quality control reasons we are unable to accept returns, however if a product is faulty or defective, we will provide you with a refund or replacement.
- Refunds are not accepted on any products within our range if the purchaser no longer requires the product or changes their mind.
- If the products you are returning are not faulty and cannot be returned to us with sufficient evidence to the manufacturer for exchange, they will not be deemed to be refundable.
- Products returned for refund without prior consent from us will be automatically returned back to sender.
- International customers please note: we cannot return items held up by Customs. To avoid this from happening, please check with your countries Custom's authority before placing an order with us.
Conditions of return, if applicable:
- Organic Beauty must authorise any goods prior to their return for exchange.
- Please include a copy of the invoice and an explanation for return with all returned products.
- Products must be returned in original packaging within 14 days from the time of return request.
- Please retain broken parcel/s (and packaging) until authorised by Organic Beauty as they may be required by Australia Post as proof of damage.
- The customer will pay return freight in circumstances of incorrect ordering or cancellations after despatch.
- Organic Beauty will pay return freight on items sent by us in error unless the customer requests to purchase the item/s.
- Return stock will not be credited where poor packaging by the customer results in goods being broken in return transit.
- Only unused, faulty items may be credited or exchanged. Faulty products are returned to manufacturer for replacement product.
