How do I shop online?
Shopping online is easy! All you have to do is browse through the products, by choosing one of the categories options on the left; and when you see something you like, just click on the “Add this to my cart” button.
This puts the product in your Shopping Bag. Once you start shopping a small trolley will appear at the top right hand corner so you can keep an eye on the running total. You can put as many products as you like in your Shopping Bag then, when you are finished, just click the ‘go to checkout’ button.
If you are a new customer you will need to fill in your name and address details otherwise you can simply login with you username and password.
Please note that your browser needs to be set to accept cookies before you can add items to your shopping cart. Consult the "Help" index of your browser to find out more about cookies, and how to accept them.

How do I pay by credit card?
Paying online is quick, easy and secure - just choose the "pay online" option at the checkout, then follow the step by step instructions. (It's completely safe - read more about our security measures.

How do I pay by direct deposit or telegraphic transfer?
Payment must be received in Australian Dollars ($AUD) by us within 5 working days of the order date, otherwise the order will be cancelled. To make a direct deposit using an Australian bank account, you can use the third-party-transfer facility in your online banking to send money to our account. Alternatively, visit a ANZ branch and fill out a deposit slip with the details below to make a deposit over the counter.
Please reference your payment with your order number so that we can identify it as yours.
To make a telegraphic transfer from an overseas account, please contact your bank for instructions. International Telegraphic Transfers will incur an additional cost of AUD$15.00, as this is what our bank charges us to receive them.
Please note: when arranging an incoming payment from overseas to an ANZ account in Australia, please provide your bank with the Australian ANZ Swift Code of ANZBAU3M.
How to pay by cheque/money order
Payment must be received by us within 10 working days of the order date, otherwise the order will be cancelled. Simply make your payment out to Organic Beauty, and send it with your name, address and order number to:

We cannot take responsibility for payments that do not reach us, therefore we suggest you use Registered Post or some other insured form of postage. Cheques will take 7 days to clear before we can dispatch your order. We are unable to accept payment by international bank cheque and international money order.
How to pay by PayPal
Click on "confirm the order" button on the order confirmation page after completing and submitting your order details. Alternatively, go to the Paypal.com.au website and log in (or sign up if you don't already have a Paypal account). Use the "Send Money" tab to send payment in your choice of currency.
Use your order number as the payment reference.
I am uncomfortable paying by credit card?
That is not a problem! All you need to do place the products you want in your Shopping Cart, go to the Checkout, enter all your information, and choose “Credit Card via Phone/Fax/Mail” as your payment option. You can then phone your card details to us 1300 66 25 43 (international +61 2 9786 5257), or mail to Organic Beauty, PO Box 478, Chester Hill, NSW 2162, Australia.
What if I don’t have a credit card?
We’ve got that one covered too! If you don’t have a credit card you can choose other payment options such as Direct Deposit, Cheque or Money Order.
You will be emailed the payment information after the sale has been completed. Please make payment within 14 days of placing the order otherwise the order will be returned to stock.
What if I don’t want to order online?

- Email your order to sales@organicbeautyworld.com.au and we will call you back for payment information.
What security do you use?
Shopping using your credit card with us is completely safe. As soon as you enter the checkout process, any information you submit is encrypted and sent through our secure server.
Once you confirm your order, your payment is processed using RapidSSL’s 128-bit SSL secure payments gateway, using military-strength encryption to encode your information as it travels over the Internet. Your payment is processed in real time - similar to EFTPOS, where the transfer of funds takes place immediately - and you are immediately notified as to whether or not the payment has been successfully processed.
In fact, shopping with us is even safer than, say, giving your credit card to a waiter in a restaurant, because nobody ever sees your card number. We do not store or record your credit card information. When you enter the card details, they are encrypted and sent through the banking network immediately. If the transaction is successful, we receive notification of your order, minus the card number. See Privacy and Security for more information.

Currency and Pricing
All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars ($AUD). The currency prices displayed on the site are inclusive of GST (goods & services tax), which we have to charge on all orders to be shipped within Australia.
For International customers who have not signed in, all prices displayed include GST. Once you sign up (first time customers) or sign in (returning customers) all prices displayed will be exclusive of GST while you browse our online store.
If you are ordering from outside Australia, please choose the relevant currency from the drop down “Currency” button located at the top of the page. This is for information purposes and the amount may not be the exact amount that will appear on you credit card statement. The final charge to your card is made in your local currency and the ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit provider. Therefore we are not able to take responsibility if the final amount charged to your card differs slightly from the estimated conversions we provide.
If your bank account is held in a different currency, you can still order by credit card - your currency will automatically be converted to Australian dollars when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee, usually around 1% of the transaction value - contact your bank or credit provider for details.

We use the metric system in all our measurements on the site (grams, kilograms and milliliters and litres).
