The Herbs In FlorEssence:

Burdock root (Arctium lappa) - a cleansing antioxidant that supports immunity. Contains inulin, flavonoids (including quercetin), and tannins. Its bitter taste stimulates digestion. North American-grown and certified organic.

Sheep Sorrell (Rumex acetosella) - oxygenates tissues and supports immunity. Contains antioxidants, including flavonoids and trace elements. Bile stimulant with phytoestrogenic qualities. North American-grown and certified organic.

Slippery Elm (Ulmus rubra) - soothes the digestive tract due to mucilage content. Alkalizes by balancing pH in the GI tract. Sustainably harvested (only small amounts at a time). Wild-crafted in North America; certified organic when available.

Watercress (Nasturtium officinale) - a heavy metal detoxifier and rich source of chlorophyll. Used traditionally as a restorative. Contains indoles (also in cruciferous vegetables), which deactivate and eliminate excess estrogen from the body. Grown without pesticides or fertilizers.

To Use

The beauty of a liquid is that the dosage can easily be adjusted.

As an antioxidant supplement, or for maintenance: take 30 ml once daily.

For periodic cleansing: consume 30-60 ml, one to three times daily. Continue for as long as you wish, depending on the extent of detoxification desired. Start with the lowest dosage and increase gradually.

Take Flor•Essence at least 30 minutes before eating, or at bedtime.

Drink two litres of pure, clean water every day, to help flush out the toxins released by the tea.
