Suggested Use:

As a dietary supplement for bone support, take 3 capsules daily (with or without food). Take all 3 caps just before bed, or first thing in the morning to avoid taking strontium at the same time as calcium containing meals/supplements.

Important note: Strontium and calcium absorption is reduced if taken together, so ideally you should take your Algaecal Plus calcium supplement with breakfast or evening meals to maximize calcium absorption, and Strontium apart from the calcium by at least one hour, so the two mineral do not compete for absorption.
